I am a Research Associate in Biostatistics at the University of Cambridge, in the Precision Medicine theme of the MRC Biostatistics Unit. I work under the supervision of William Astle, as part of the Haem-Match consortium. I also hold a Postdoctoral Research Associateship at Trinity Hall College.

I develop statistical models to characterise, propagate and calibrate uncertainty in complex biomedical data inference. I am particularly interested in understanding how variability in molecular measurements and dynamics in patient trajectories can be described within coherent probabilistic frameworks to support earlier diagnoses, robust prediction, and interpretable inference.

More specifically, my work focuses on the following topics:

• High-dimensional data
• Missing values & imputation methods
• Bayesian inference and uncertainty quantification
• Survival analysis and recurrent events modelling
• Applications to (prote)omics, biology and clinical data.

And I am always eager to discover and work on other methods and applications!
