HOME RESEARCH TEACHING INVOLVEMENT THE BIG C

I am a Research Associate in Biostatistics at the University of Cambridge, in the MRC Biostatistics Unit, in William Astle's group, and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Trinity Hall College. I am part of the Haem-Match consortium.

My research activity is driven by the development of methods and tools to draw inferences from biomedical data. I am particularly interested in understanding how molecular variations, such as in gene or protein expressions, affect an individual’s risk of developing pathologies, paving the way to earlier diagnoses and better treatments. More specifically, my work focuses on the following topics:

And I am always eager to discover and work on other methods and applications!
